Research and Game Dev: Differences and Parallels with Joschka Pottgen

Working in game development with a background as a researcher allows to compare two very different environments: A large particle physics laboratory and a small game development studio that creates games that lean towards artistic expression. Looking at parallels and differences of these two environments will allow to cover topics like automation, open source and tool re usability.
