This talk will emphasize the importance of life experience and using that information to build gameplay moments which resonate with players. Tragedy, triumph, fear, bravery, etc… these are experiences and emotions we all share. By being mindful of these events, analyzing how your feeling, and how that results in your own actions, you can build a blueprint for gameplay resonance. And use this blueprint to plan interactive events around your emotional narrative. This information will be useful for the development community at large but will be seen through the lens of my personal experiences as an animator and director.
